Inside Out was established 32 years ago to provide inspirational leadership, change management and team effectiveness programmes for senior leaders and their teams worldwide. These, combined with the alignment of corporate strategy and individual/team behaviours, create a new dynamic for growth through people.

Key Objective

The objective is to challenge the thinking and behaviours of senior leaders and their teams, to provide a platform to explore the latest processes and psychology to gain significantly improved individual and team performance. This challenging but effective intervention has provided additional revenue to many companies through its people, circa 18-32% gross over the past three years. 

This process creates an added-value return to support acquisitions, capital investment programmes, standalone leadership teams, and senior individuals.

Powerful Tools

Various tools are used, including (but not restricted to) Emotional Intelligence Profiling, PF16, Team Profiling, and our latest False Memory Selective Induction process, amongst other psychological tools, to support the leader and their team to achieve 'Truly Amazing' growth and development.

Integrating human behaviour, leadership, and corporate strategy is a complex matrix.

Our experience and bespoke formulae to achieve outstanding performance have been proven time and time again to make a difference where performance enhancement is a must and change a given.

This also incorporates using the outdoors as a theatre for building teams and engaging senior leaders with the techniques and practices associated with inspirational leadership and change management.

Expeditions

Inside Out, through Michael, has instigated various worldwide initiatives for blue chip companies, including providing support and mentoring for a successful Mount Everest expedition, a race to the South Pole and a Transatlantic Charity row, as well as many behavioural programmes to improve performance and bottom-line return.

The motivation behind these bespoke programmes is to maximise the potential of the individuals and associated teams, re-aligning them to their new strategy and thereby improving the individuals' and teams' efficiency, effectiveness and output.

Inspirational leadership is a learned skill and not a rite of passage.

Many modern companies overreact to technology and the best product, believing people and leadership are secondary to adding value.
