Performance Guarantee

All sessions must be completed, at the optimum meeting frequency and in the spirit of engagement/collaboration, in order to achieve the agreed KPIs.

At the end of the Programme, if the agreed outcome has not been achieved, additional meetings will be provided on a complimentary basis or fees returned.

This guarantee neither restricts your right as a consumer, nor ours as the provider.
